The Customer

hello.de is a service provider for customer service and communication solutions, with multiple locations in Germany, Bulgaria, and Romania. The company does not see itself as a traditional call center, but as a “customer happiness maker”: more than 1,000 employees use their voices every day to ensure the satisfaction of clients from well-known companies across various industries.

Focus

The 2025 relaunch was already the third website we developed for hello.de. We quickly agreed: this time, the new website should be more than a typical relaunch—it should convey and bring to life the company’s distinctive corporate culture. Through a closely coordinated interplay of design, technology, and content, we created a cohesive overall result that opens the door to the company for both potential clients and prospective employees, leaving a lasting impression.

Two sections, one clear structure

How can we communicate the two areas, Corporate and Careers, on equal footing? This was the question we faced at the start of the project. Originally, there were two completely separate websites for the two topics. We set out to change that—now the homepage acts as a branching point, guiding visitors into both worlds. Each area was independently conceptualized—with its own navigation, structure, and tone of voice. The result is a clear user journey that seamlessly connects corporate communication and recruiting.

Authenticity as a Guiding Principle

The main task was to make the company’s unique culture visible and tangible. Web design plays a decisive role in this. It is deliberately out-of-the-box—creative, colorful, and diverse—just like the people behind hello.de. We wanted to show that a call center company can also be modern and progressive. Humorously written texts and real employees convey an authentic, likable overall image that perfectly reflects the company’s DNA.

Technically Flexible and Scalable

The website was developed using WordPress and features a flexible backend that allows for easy maintenance and further development. By integrating an HR system, job listings are displayed automatically, and applications can be submitted directly. The entire site is multilingual (German/English) and fully responsive—ensuring a consistent user experience across all devices and markets.

Everything from a Single Source

Concept, design, development, copywriting, photos, and videos—all delivered by a single team. The close interplay of design, content, and technology resulted in a cohesive brand presence meticulously coordinated down to the smallest detail. For the photoshoots, we didn’t just visit the German locations—we also flew to Bulgaria.
